Full Moon Astrology Sauna Session 

Dark winters’ evenings at St. Andrews Seaside Sauna, are a perfect time to be taken on a relaxing and meditative journey, across the constellations, by certified astrologer, Foxey, The Inner Magik. Assisted by our own resident sauna host, Elise, both fresh from Sauna Master training, they will guide you through an experience shaped by the ancient traditions of sauna, breath and intention. Together they’ll weave heat, scent, sound and stillness sharpening your senses and settling your mind.

Under the Cold Moon, you’ll move between deep warmth and crisp winter air, between fire and sea, between reflection and release, grounding you to the earth, connecting you with yourself and with the universe beyond.
